Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Syre Shop Referral Program! We’re excited to offer you the chance to earn rewards for sharing our products.

By generating a referral code or participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Earning Commission

You earn a commission when a new user signs up using your unique referral code and then completes a qualifying purchase.

• A “qualifying purchase” is an order that has been paid for and marked as ‘Completed’.

• Commission is only calculated on specific, eligible products within that order.

2. Commission Payouts

All earned commissions are paid directly into your Syre Shop Wallet balance. This credit is added to your wallet automatically as soon as the referred customer’s order is marked ‘Completed’. You can use your wallet balance for future purchases on our site.

3. Commission Rates & Eligible Products

Your participation in this program is subject to the following conditions, which you accept by participating:

• Variable Rates: We reserve the right to change the commission percentage rates at any time without prior notice. The rate applied will be the one in effect at the moment the referred order is completed.

• Variable Products: The list of products eligible for commission is dynamic. We reserve the right to add new products, remove existing products, or change the eligibility of any product at our sole discretion.

You can view a list of all currently eligible products and their commission rates by clicking the “View Commission Rate” button in your Referral Dashboard.

4. Your Referral Code

Your unique referral code does not expire. You can continue to share it and earn commissions for as long as the Referral Program is active. You are responsible for all activity associated with your code.

5. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued participation in the program will be considered acceptance of any new or modified terms.
